Geezers will be there - not sure which car yet. Looking forward to it!!
-
Were heading to Wilmington with the Lakester looking forward to seeing everyone. The latest issue of Hot Rod magazine has a nice article about the April meet theres even a picture of Keith Turk and I talking about how the grass needs cutting which as some of you know I tried to do with my lakester in April. Good times for sure. So see you in Ohio.

We are planning on being there. Amy will be going for her C license. One step closer. :-D
-
We're planning to go to go with two bikes...but.....I've done some tuning on the 650 Triumph to hopefully squeeze out a few more MPH...But it suddenly got a high speed misfire to deal with. I been pushing the 1000 cc Moto Guzzi M/P project bike to get it ready.Still a bit more to do ...
Hopefully we can make it.

We are trying to get things together. The ZX-10R is showing signs of life after the July crash. If we are lucky that bike will be in the garage with the body off for paint by next weekend. The ZX-6rr is another story. Broken exhaust valve caused cylinder, head and piston damage. Head and cylinders out for repair. Trying to rush build a set of pistonns. It will be close. As of now I only have a bicycle that is ready.

Paint? Walmart has an isle full. My GSXR just got a top shelf (I had to reach to get the color I wanted) paint job from there.
-
Paint it primer grey, with flames and orange highlights!
oh, wait, those are Ransoms colors.

at least I didn't attach a Kentucky plate to it!
-
Not sure yet. We don't have a car yet (neither the Avanti or my S-10 Diesel are done) but I'm waiting for a call from young Garrett to see if he wants to get some seat time in the Dodge. Otherwise I'll stay home and put the time and money into the race truck.

Looks like we're out until next spring. Too much of some stuff and not enough other stuff will keep me home. But, man will I be rarin' to go in 2014.

Well...both of you like to eat cones, but it will take more than primer to get to where Ransom is...and I don't think that anyone else wants to get there...where ever that actually might be...
I'll be participating this month, but have not had any time to work on the bike yet. So the next few weeks are going to be just routine maintenance and prep with the exception of a cut-down tank that was sprayed in primer yesterday and a rear sprocket with one additional tooth. (206+ in 5th, 210 in 6th with 1000 rpm's left) And I swear that I'll have that tank painted black by the meet!!! LOL!!! :-D
-
today starts the worst part, for me.
I THINK I GAINED 10 POUNDS OVER THE HOLIDAY WEEKEND
time to real in the calorie intake.
-
UP one tooth one the rear sprocket? You must have a monster. I got all excited and went up one in front and down two in back on my old putt-putt and didn't have enough torque to pull a fat man into a Krispy Kreme. Best of luck.
-
That's up one in the rear from where it is presently geared...which is up one on the front and DOWN 6 on the rear from stock!
-
I will be there to give it a go.
Considering the power you are making, you should blow right past 125.
Have you richened up that AFR yet?
-
Yes I adjusted the pulsoid. I am also running a lower bottle pressure. That and a small adjustment to the nitrous delay should hold 60 HP for half a mile.
-
Yes, SEJ you do have a monster liter bike and now I understand. Good luck, what are speed are you going for next (faster is a given)?
-
Just emailed my entry. My Duc has had its monthly dose of $$$ and is back in business after one and done in Maine.

we started getting ready for September in July, and I still feel I'm way behind.
-
We'll be there with the Camaro... B/BFALT. Going for
another 2 club hat. I'll need some shakedown time
first, it's even awhile since the car has been that fast.

We ran 203 and change in A/BFALT for entry into the 2 club.
Big thanks to the ECTA board & volunteers, as well as family
and friends who helped get us there. We'll be back next year
with more power, hopefully better traction as well.
