Title: Rankin 4-speed, clutch Assisted
Post by: iskipnw on June 25, 2013, 01:36:00 PM
I have a fairly fresh Rankin 4-speed transmission for sale, looking to get $1,600.  It has a gear ratio as follows 1.79, 1.45, 1.13, 1.00 (1st to 4th) and was used for five passes in 2012 Speedweek.  The case is magnesium and has been passivated with Chromate Primer, epoxy primer and topcoat paint to protect it form the salt.  The bell housing interface is standard GM four bolt interface with a 28 spline input shaft.  Output shaft is fits standard GM 1350 yoke.  Gears are REM polished and the tranny was completely rebuilt in for the 2012 season.  Going to a 5-speed and no longer need this unit.

Ken, I sent you another PM. I could really use your phone number, and overall length of the tranny!
