Up for sale is a complete Fontana 4cyl engine, which was run in a number of
Bonneville / El Mirage land speed cars. In 2009 it was in #788 F/GS and set a
record at 201 on a 191.

Comes with extra Comp cams w/oversized journal, T&D Rockers, and Hogan intake
It threw a rod but was welded up, had the rod replaced and resleeved the cylinder,
it HAS run since and hasn't had any further problems. Runs gas and is complete except

That picture of it in the '29 is the background on my computer at work. The motor sure gets a lot of comments and complements. The "conversation piece" aspect of it is worth a few $.
