Title: Anyone have a spare SCTA 2013 Rulebook?
Post by: Tman on June 13, 2013, 10:23:57 AM: Got my BNI membership stuff in the mail with a note that said they were out of rulebooks and that I could pick mine up at Speedweek. I was hoping to go over some stuff with the guys before then!

I know I could take last years and the rule changes and use them together.
