Last night the USFRA conducted elections for club officers. All current officers were voted to retain
their positions. President: Jim Burkdoll, Vice President: Monte Widdison, Secretary: Ellen Wilkinson and
Treasurer: Hugh Coltharp. So you all are stuck with us for another two years!
It was mentioned at last nights meeting that there is still some misunderstanding amongst some of the
racers regarding World of Speed and record setting. We just want everyone to be clear that World of
Speed is a LSR sanctioned event and that records set at World of Speed are recognized by the SCTA/
BNI and included in the official rule/record book. We hope this answers any questions about this issue.
