Yeah, It's a cool lookin thing. Thing is though as it has been said building a tank is stuffing 10lbs of assorted matter into a 5lb bag and so in order to get that thang to meet current tech it would need some serious rejigging, I doubt you could just add what you need. HOWEVER with a V8 60 and all the other property on it it's a pretty good start for a lot of the parts you'd need.

I'll hand over to the "classic" tank proponents now . . . . . . . .

I see it has a "built" V-8/60.  Built must mean put together.  Or that's some secret flathead equipment I'm not familiar with.
