Hello fello Salt freaks, I have a question about the new Classic class. Can a person run lets say a A-CF motorcycle(altered classic fuel category) in any cc size?? Before I get started, I should know this. Or does this pertain to only modified chassis and production??Thanks

500, 650, 750, & 1000cc

I knew a trained professionial would know where to find that link, but now we have to read it to see if there is an A bike classic class.
Marty... take care of that and report back

My only disapointment right now is - Why not any larger engine classes, like 1350 on up ? If its old enough to be in the new "Classic" C clasification why limit the catagory ?
All this new confusion could have been avoided if - they would just have made the existing "Vintage" V classification have the rolling date of 35 yrs old & older, instead of being stuck in the year 1956.
I shure would like to enter the old 1974 Sporty in an A or M 1350 push rod gas engine class. The old Gray Ghost still wants to play in the game. :-D
Makes a guy wonder if the squeeky wheel will get some greese.

Yes I totally agree with that statement. I was hoping for a much smaller cc class because NOW I have to re think my build, but leaning toward doing the same thing just to have some fun on a budget. There are a lot of 35yr and older old dogs that want to strut there stuff!!
The vintage class seems to be a more difficult class to do(maybe thats the intent). Oh well, we will keep trucking on. Thanks

CHAPTER 3
CLASS DESIGNATION
Motorcycle classes are as follows:
Displacement Class
Frame Class
Engine Class
Example: a production motorcycle with a production-supercharged engine of 1350cc would list as: 1350-P-PB. Not all Frame & Engine class combinations are permitted. Production Engine classes cannot run in M, MPS, A, APS, or S frame class.
