J'Witz

Did you try the Holiday Inn in Washington CT House? It's about 12 miles up RT22. There is another Holiday Inn where RT68 and RT 71 intersect.
With Cincinnati / Columbus so close there should be plenty of places along RT 71.

There are cabins at the lake that a few miles away. You can try there. They are no more expensive then a hotel last time I looked.

jody,
not long ago I googled hotels and motels in the Wilmington area.
about 10 popped up. some are close to the interstate exits.
some are farther out.

hope to see you there. the more V twins the better.

Me and the misses have stayed at the Baymont in Jeffersonville all three events. It is next door to Werner's Smokehouse. Try the "Hog Wings" and a cold adult beverage. Yum Yum!!! Richard and Barbara run the place. Great folks!!!!

we stay at the state campground, cowan lake, cabins are under 100 bucks a nite and sleep 6 have full bath, kitchen, enclosed porch, heat and ac.

we actually stay in a tent, after all all we do is eat dinner and go to sleep there. its a real nice place.

The Baymont is OK.  I've taken to signing up with The Wilmington Inn for the next meet while I'm there for the current one.  Works out well.  The WI and the Baymont are about the same price and the WI is SO much closer.

On Thursday at 6pm the Wilmington Inn may have a room or two come open from a block reservation...

If you need a room close to the airpark best to call them at 6pm next Thursday for a chance at an open room,

Good Luck

Jody found rooms and did not need mine.

If no one wants it I will release it back to the Holiday Inn Express near the track so they can resell it.
It is an Executive Suite with 2 queen size beds and a pull out couch.

Just trying to give a racer first chance.

Let me know by noon tomorrow (Friday).

Thanks for the help this morning John.  It's all switched and now we won't have to drive as far each day.  Good luck on the bike and hope to see you next April or so.

For those "last minute decision makers" like myself;  I booked last night at America's Best Value inn in Franklin. about 30 or so miles from the course.
As a spectator, I can let the racers have the close in rooms, and I can drive a little bit without a problem.
There are also other properties in the area;  the Knight's Inn in Xenia was reasonable, but I kept getting popups about bedbugs.

Good Luck,
Jim

I'm going, alone as of now, from south Jersey area. Have a room with two beds in Washington Courthouse. I'll share ride and room if anyone is interested??
