This guy needs some help classifying his vehicle -- any answers?

Well, there are so many things illegal that its almost not funny.  Starting at the front I can see the tires are not speed rated (black and round is not a speed rating) and the front wheel is not ventilated so he'd have to run a dustbin.  No ball end levers.  Although it would take a couple more balls to be brave enough to be seen in public on it.    Helmet looks to be Snell 1500  He'll never fool the inspectors with that jacket.  The big problem is with the sidecar.  The rules say you must have a 12" x 32" platform.  The rules don't say anything about the passenger being carried in wind shielded comfort.  In fact I'm pretty sure comfort is illegal.  I fear any effort to get it classified as a sidecar would be quickly rejected by the motorcycle tech committee.  I would suggest that he enter it in the street roadster class where I'm sure he would be greeted by gasps of why didn't I think of that!!

  Well if he chopped the last 3 windows to the botom, other wise those picky street roadster dudes would complain.

  Looks more like vintage coupe and you wouln't need roll bars-fire extinguishers or a hans device :-o

  This should be in the rulebook as a heading for all classes:  COMFORT IS ILLEGAL!
