Perhaps quiet, however very thought provoking.  Reading plans and ideas and now seeing some great work I am thinking of the work sessions coming up.  My mouth is quiet, yet the brain is smoking!

Right now I am renovating the kitchen. I installed a new tile floor and cleared out all the way to the walls in November '11.  Well this led to thinking of updating from '55 metal to '12 wood.  At the end of the year the price was great (sales and incentives) so I went for it.  About 1/2 way there.  Many weeks yet for learning about getting the fit.

The big thing is keeping the Mrs. happy so I can hermit in the garage when the weather warms up!  :-D  Yes this work now could be considered selfish.

So everyone keep posting the builds, talking about ideas (pipe bombs  :-D ) and keep me laughing ( knowing it was Wayno by his smile).

Geo   Yes, I need to update the build.  :-P

Things will get frisky when our tax refund checks start to arrive.

What's that. I've never seen one.

Well, we switched accountants last summer - and the new one found us a re-do of about $5k from the 2008 return.  That was dandy -- part to our pockets, part as an advance payment for the next batch of taxes.  As self-employed folks we always have to pay in, so a refund check (in fact, two - federal and state) was cooler than the dickens.

For lack of a better place to put it -- it's not quiet at all on this video of a blown VW being started and run.  I got this from BurlyBug, who'll be with the VW crowd at World of Speed.
