Title: 298MPH at 80 years old!
Post by: dick elliott on August 17, 2009, 08:34:50 PM
Hope all of you got to watch 80 year old Cris Karamesines go 298 mph at the drags Sunday night.  I was at Alton, Ill. 51 years ago when he turned the first 200 mph pass.  Your never too old to go fast.

I hope you're right about that. The Greek is an inspiration!

You'll never grow up (and more).

The Golden Greek is not gold-plated -- did you look at the car with some rich oil sheik plastered all over it?  Maybe he just has a passion.
