Title: Number Plates and MPS class

Hey all, does the presence of the oem front number plate on a MX bike count as streamlining?

Is it angled more than 5 degrees from vertical?  Is it larger than a 7 inch headlight?  I'll be if the answer to either of these is yes... it is PS...
But what the hell do I know....  :|

Put the number plate on the sides of the bike along with the class designation as well for Al to see unless you want to be in a PS class.
