Its Jim Travis's liner and it still runs.  Originally I believe Burk built it.  Tony

Randy Travis and Danny Thompson got in the club when the car was flathead powered. I believe either Jim or Randy held a record when the car had a Ferguson GMC in it. Now broken.

I also have a couple pictures of the car on my web site.

Here it is at speed a couple years ago.

Here is the trip back to the pits after the car got a bit sideways and tried to fly.

Beautiful car up close.

Yep!

The car just needs a bit of rear fin to help keep it straight. When it got sideways the front of the car lifted clear of the surface, and came down a bit hard.
That body shape does not have any way to keep air out from under it if it gets sideways.
