More starting line photos.
The Medlin & Linsmeyer Turbine liner sounded just like a turbine.
It wasn't extra mind-boggling off the line, but it got away to a good start. I don't know how fast it went. It was in impound yesterday after breaking the old record of 227 and change.
"The Hard Way" roadster gets a good launch. I like this car. Maybe it's the 311 cubic inch Jimmy motor in it. Inliners is kool.
Then there are a coupla shots of the Maro Special liner and I agree with SSS, it sounded and looked great going by. Bobby Moore popped the chute and on the radio Glen said it was "all over the place" and turned out to the right...the emergency side. Haven't heard any more since.
I'm at Impound. I'll do some shots here, then cruise thru the pits.
Btw, if you enjoyed the "puzzle" photos, I'll do a few more. But nobody's identified the "Gone to the dark side" photo yet.
