Contact SCTA office or Dan Warner. They should be able to send replacement but you will probably need to upgrade after 3 years.

Having not shown my license to anyone but a state trooper ( he was amused) I'm not sure you need one to run. The do ask what speed your license is. I'm sure you can get a replacement at any time but like Glen said, it will be lowered a notch for non-use.

At Speedweek checkin at the BNI trailer where you get your program and they issue licences with initialed timing slips. They will have a record of you, licence class and year. I'm sure they will issue you a replacement......Good Luck

Send me an email with the info, speed, year and of course name and snail mail address.

I tried it once when I got pulled over for speeding.... I was coming home from Speedweek in 2005..... and I was trying to be on time for my daughter's wedding.... the cop was amused but still demanded to see the real one.... and I did talk my way out of a ticket somehow....

We know our county sheriff pretty well, and once, when I showed him my license and asked if I could use it and get away with speeding, he looked carefully at it, thought about it for a minute, then said "Uhn, no, I don't think we've got reciprocity with the SCTA." He did smile whe he said it, though. . .
