Not sure if this is your 30th birthday or our 30th Anniversary (I
figure we can split the difference between the two for the sake of my
terrible memory)... but you don't look a day older then my Sportster's
first gas tank swap, and our life feels like an eternity on my
Panhead (for those that don't know me, that's a good thing).
I know we always have a race-a-palooza weekend gig for ourselves
about now and a little weekend get-a-way to the mountains here for
all our personal holidays.... but this year was way special with the
couple weeks off out west and our first trip to the salt with some of
our dearest of friends and some of the best bike riding and racing
we've shared. Not to mention all the quality time with everyone we
got together with on the way and while we we're out there.
Thanks to those that were a part of our trip too, you know who you
are and who we are now and what it meant to us. A "couple" we couldn't of
done it without (there's many we missed but know we'll be lucky enough to
see soon, one or two we sure wish were there, one we're glad is ok), and the
rest we wouldn't have wanted to do it without... what a perfect Speed Week
this was (we only hope others have or will be able to experience it like we
did, it will surely never be forgotten for us)! You're all the world to us and
due some big gratitude once we settle back in over this next week (you know,
see if our shop and all the other life BS that doesn't matter much when you're
on the salt survived while we were gone
).
Happy everything darlin... I just want to say it keeps getting better
every year you're in it. Thanks for hanging in this kickazz life with
me (or letting me hang in it with you, how ever that works), and know
if it all ends tommorow... I'm a very happy man!
You're the greatest babe,
Todd
