My fingers are crossed this issue will not take place. If Speed Week is rained out and one of the rain date's take place. Will that eliminate a refund for the canceled original date if someone registered for the original date is not able to attend the rain date?

Look on the scta web site www.scta-org.org.

Glen I just looked for an answer to his question there...
Will that eliminate a refund for the canceled original date if someone registered for the original date is not able to attend the rain date?
... and can't find one. Is it there somewhere?
Thanks,

Sum it's on the SCTA web site scrool to Bonneville. it shows all dates and 3 rain dates.

Glen. The question is not "what are the rain dates" it is "Will I get a refund if a rain date becomes necessary and I can't make it to the rain date". So, what I saw was;
" If the event is cancelled by the SCTA/BNI because of weather
or course conditions prior to Aug. 13, entry fee will be refunded less $100 processing charge." .Not really an answer. But I doubt you will get your money back in the case of the meet being postponed. SCTA used to sell your entry for you to someone who entered on the salt. But it seems to say now that SCTA will not sell your entry for you. Bummer.

After reading the entire entry application at the very bottom it reads if the event is canceled the entry fee minus $100.00 will be returned. There's no mention of a rain date on the entry paper work I'm not looking to open a can of worms but some type of clarification would be nice.
Original event canceled get a refund new date called rain date is held a new entry or ?

Rich,
It is up to you to broker your entry. The SCTA can't do it all.

i guess so Dan. but they used to and it was a nice deal.

What you can do is sell it back to the association at a $35 loss.
