Refunds

Now I appreciate SCTA BNI have costs associated with setting up the course but does anyone know if those pre-entered are likely to get a partial refund due to speedweek being cancelled. Would sure help pay off air fares and motel costs.

I hope all of your trips home were uneventful unlike the weather at Bonneville. I am writing to you today to find out how you all would like to proceed with your pre-entries. If you sold your pre-entry, please ignore this email. We will contact the entrant who purchased it. Below are the choices you have. Please reply to this email and let me know what you would like to do, and please include your Veh #'s.
 
Choice #1 - (If you didn't register and receive your T-Shirts) - Refund Pre-Entry Fee minus the Course Prep fee = $470 Refund to you
 
Choice #2 - (If you did register and receive your T-Shirts) - Refund Pre-Entry Fee minus the Course Prep fee and $30 for your T-Shirts & Hat = $430 Refund to you
 
Choice #3 - Choice #1 or #2 and donate part of your entry
 
Choice #4 - Donate your pre-entry in full
 
Thank you all for attending Speedweek and supporting this great sport we all love. We are so sorry that the event was cancelled due to all of the rain. We hope to see you back on the salt racing soon!
