Anyone hear if car # 242 missed impound or why they wouldn't have been listed as qualified for a record after yesterday's 241+mph run?  Class record stands at 232+ so it seems the 242 should have qualified for the first leg of a record.

Are there restrictions on a rookie driver that would preclude him from setting a record on his first run after licensing?

If he had his A license, he was good to go.

At times after a run and even in Impound, some find mechanical problems that are unfixable.
