Jon, without your dreams, inspiration, dilegence and love of Land Speed Racing, we would have nothing to share World Wide with our brothers and sisters in the LSR community.
To stop and think about what you have created is absolutley incredible.
From newbies, to wanabees, to wiley old veteran's, we are all indebted to you and your wonderfull dream and what it has done to solidify and broaden the scope of sharing information and understanding how and why this great sport was started and how and why it is now stronger than ever.
It was YOU, JON who made this all possible for all of the rest of us.
I salute you and wish you and your wonderfull wife Kaillani and your children the best in health and life.
God bless, and please start posting again.........
We all love you Jon, and get yourself a Red Hat and more.................. Bob Drury

I'll offer our hearty corngratulations and happy birthday (anniversary) wishes, too, young feller. As a gift for you -- my acknowledgement that the site you founded is a fine one - and I'm glad you did what you did, all those years ago and since then. I sometimes wonder - what if. . . you hadn't sold the site to us?. With your new-found duties as a dad and the new (well, sorta new) job, and the 'liner, and on and on, would the site be just what it is today?
Probably it'd be close, I betcha, since the site isn't me and wasn't you - it's the many participants and racers and lurkers that hang around it. You started it, I babysit it now, but they're the ones that keep it fresh and interesting - and fun.
See what you started? Happy Birthday, Jon. Many happy returns of the day.

Thanks all for the comments. Been busy the last couple of years and have not had the time to play around so much. Tyler is a very fun handfull, very dedicated to my newer job, a 73 Mustang restoration underway, Pool 3-5 nights a week, a new business underway, full time in school just has my hands full at all hours of the day. Sometime this next year things will slow down a bit, but knowing me I will pickup a few more odds and ends to fill in the gaps....
See you all at World of Speed....

Happy birthday, Jon!
And thanks for getting this place going. Believe it, or not - this was the first forum I ever registered for way back in the day. Heck, it was before I even went online at home.... I was logging on at work, and reading and live chatting during my 2nd shift job.
Hope it keeps on rolling as long as I'm around...

You are an amazing guy, Jon. When I wuz in skool that was all that I could do, except some fishing and a few beers. Thanks for getting all of this set up and running. It is a pleasure to be on the forum. Happy birthday.

Jon was one of the first people I ran into as I began shooting video of Land Speed Racing at Bonneville. He always took time for my questions and gave me a great appreciation for those that had made land racing what is today and those that are carrying on in this awesome sport. Happy belated birthday Jon!

Thanks for founding the site!
What you did was significant!

Have a happy birthday. This forum is a big help for us backwoods guys. The bugs and other critters around here don't say much when I ask them about LSR stuff.

Wasn't Jon's birthday back in May? :?
