Based on Boots-on-the-Ground report from today in early PM............1-2 inches of water at the end of the road diminishing to 1/4-inch at 20-yards. Lots of ruts and pot-holes from recent event traffic   Windy conditions for a few days should help dry things.........The BMST will have things ready for us
