Well, first of all, you'd only see "130 Club" on a timing slip from World of Speed rather than World Finals. The "130 Club" speed trap is a 132-foot long trap at the end of mile one (from 0 to 1, that is) on the USFRA's short course.
"First Mile", on the other hand is the first full mile-long speed trap. On the USFRA's (or SCTA_BNI's) short course, that would be from Mile 1 to Mile 2, as there's no timing light at Mile 0. After that comes the "Quarter", which is from Mile 2 to 2-1/4. Then comes the "Second Mile", which is from Mile 2 to Mile 3.
On the (five mile) long course, you have the quarter (2 to 2-1/4), then the "First Mile" (from 2 to 3), followed by the "Second Mile" (from 3 to 4), the "Last Mile" (4 to 5), and then "Exit Speed", which is the last 132 feet of the "Last Mile". There's no light at Mile 1 on the long course, but a "combo" course would have a light there.
