Semi-Sponsorships
« on: January 14, 2009, 06:26:34 PM »
Just returned from getting my three firebottles certified for a total cost of $9.  I know I bring this up every year, but maybe there's someone new around here.

Usually after SpeedWeek I get some 8x10's of our car made cheaply at Wal-Mart or Walgreens or wherever.  They usually even have in-store coupons for 2 for the price of 1.  Then to the 99ยข Store for frames.

Then I write a specific note of thanks for each of my suppliers.  You'd be surprised how well my "discount cards" work.  Even with some crusty old racing firms.  They apppreciate you appreciating them -- a great investment -- give it a try.
