Hello folks, quick (hopefully) question. I'm bringing a pair of plated dual sport motorcycles to Speed Week this year to do a bit of riding/exploring around the mountains on established roads/trails when not watching the racing. Reading other posts and the link on the main Bonneville page regarding BLM rules, I'm still looking for some definitive answers. If a motorcycle is plated/registered/insured from out of state, is an OHV sticker still required to travel on the surrounding mountain range area? My interpretation of what I have read is no, but wanted a second opinion. Thanks all.
Edit: The loop around the Silver Island Mountains to see the floating island and Donner-Reed pass are primarily what I'm looking to see. We've had run-ins with the BLM at the bend in the road while camping and would like to avoid such confrontations again.
