I'm still waiting to hear an official word that the event is "on".  I need to get airplane tickets purchased - and flying outa BumHole Int'l Airport doesn't offer many options.

Let me know if you hear or see anything, k?

Take a jacket... and a sweatshirt...

And if you are sleeping in a tent, 2 sleeping bags, one inside the other.
Been there, done that.

So according to the SCTA Facebook entry form for WF, dates are 9/29-10/2 so I guess that?s the dates to plan for IF it happens??

The clue is in the year shown in the link.  :-D :-D :-D

Pete
I think that if you were to have clicked on the links, you would have seen that both clearly state 2020.

Maybe somebody should tell the BLM.

It's really screwed up that two different dates have been posted.

I was planning on attending on attending on the 7th. and 8th. of Oct.
unfortunately, I will be in northern Idaho from the 30th. until the 3rd.
Looks like I will not make it to the salt this year.

I have no idea where whoever wrote the BLM notice got those dates since they don't match 2018, 2019 and as has been pointed out, 2020. The correct dates from SCTA were published in November, 2019 sometime, I think, and haven't changed. Seems we are putting some trust in the BLM (HAH) rather than the horses mouth, kinda like trusting that nothing has changed in the salt over the years........ :dhorse:
