Corvette guys, weight for chute?
« on: August 16, 2021, 03:21:32 PM »
Building what I will call a max effort C6 for the b/gt class.  Got a date with chassis shop for cage and associated safety gear but I have no idea what final weight will be.  Would like like to have a good idea so I can order a chute so shop can install.  Anyone willing to tell me where they ended up on weight?

Call  Bob Stroud; he will give you a recommendation. Don't forget a launcher.

You're probably right. It's a ring slot 'chute; I don't remember its canopy diameter but it isn't real big. I didn't use it, I bought one from Bob Stroud instead.

Bob Stroud stands behind what he sells.  And if it doesn't turn out right, in one way or another, he'll fix it.
