Floyd Emde was the winner of the race in 1948 and i believe the race course was the same as what the cars ran a big oval.

A few years ago an elderly gentleman gave me this photo during a presentation we made about LSR. He was a Triumph racer. It says on the back "Louie Miller - Racer, Jim Graham - Tuner, Daytona Beach 1951"
