2022 SW Crew addition?

We have an addition to our SW crew this year. They will be arriving the day before the rest of the team does.
Can I add them to the crew list somehow so they can get their entry access and arm bands?

Alex, that probably depends on when they and you show up.  Thursday and Friday everyone is arriving and no one has arm bands or pit passes.  They can pay their $5 and get arm bands... the pit/startline/entry pin is usually required Saturday.  You will get 4 of those with your entry.... as well as car passes.  If they need a car pass they can probably buy one of those for $10 at the registration trailer... you will get 2 of those with your entry as well

Me (owner) and Jim (rider) will arrive Monday 15th with the bike. New crew (2) will arrive the day before.

I have some leftover windshield crew stickers I'll give 'em.

Problem I see is that their names are not on my registration paperwork. So I guess no arm bands till I get there.

We'll see what happens....

SW runs from the 6th to the 12th arriving on 15 will be a little late

heheh well the hotel bill sure would be cheaper if we arrived on the 15th ...

We arrive on the 8th.
