Special Construction Chairman

I need a question answered about the legality of a body that I would like to run on a lakester. I think that I need to talk to the special construction chaiman? Could someone give me his name and email address?

Special Construction rules are easy, run anything that was not ever a production body/car.  If it's a Lakester, stick the wheels inner plane, outside the widest part of the body.  If ya think you want to go fast, build a wheel base at least 110 inches.
