Heavy Duty Ground tarps
« on: July 12, 2011, 12:22:07 AM »
I have 20 really heavy duty, UV resistant traps that are excellent for Bonneville racers.
They are 14 X 24 and will last much longer and are stronger than your standard blue tarps.
$40 each 2 for $75
Last tarp you will buy for the salt!
Let me know if interested, can deliver them to the track.
Larger sizes available.

If you're delivering them to the salt, I'll take 2!
With sufficient thrust, pigs fly just fine. However, this is not necessarily a good idea. It is hard to be sure where they are going to land, and it could be dangerous sitting under them as they fly overhead. -- RFC 1925

One way or the other I will be there on the 12Th. I know this is when people will want them.

I will keep this thread for reservations. I have a couple of 14 X 48 ($125 each) and also some that are 14 X 20  that are not as heavy duty but will work great for $25 each

I will see how it goes and possibly do this yearly. I will donate some money to keep this site up as well.

Bob,
If you know someone who is running at speedweek and bub I could get it to him. I am sure we can work something out.

To All,

Sorry to inform anyone who wanted tarps, I have to cancel my trip to Speedweek. Big problems with the hauler and will take several days to fix. I will be at WOS or WF if anybody still wants tarps.......Sorry if I inconvenienced anyone. Been up for a few nights trying to fix and its not cooperating.

Have fun at Speedweek and set some records!

Burton,

could use 2 of your $25 tarps.  I'll be setting up at Land's End on the 18th of September (last day of WoS).  I hope your offer is still available I have to cover my motor home to keep the "weather" out this winter and an extra tarp is always handy to have around!

I hope you'll still be there the 18th, if not, I can make arrangements with Dennis (he works Security at Land's End during WoS), to get them from you.  Just let me know so that I can make the proper arrangements.

Thanks,
Lynda
