Whatever spell check that you use is causing me a great deal of difficulty.  I just tried to make a post 4 times, the popup blocker caught the spell check popup, then when I clicked OK, my post disappeared.  When I re-wrote it, the popup got caught again, post disappeared again, etc.

Does PHPBB not have a built in spell check that you can use?

deadbolt,

Go into the Profile section, and select NO to spell checking.

Profile can be found on top right options under Landracing.com Land Speed Racers Forum...

Try that and let me know.

Just tried to turn off spell check, but before that, I got this message trying to post another thread.

...I've had all that stuff, Hedgash told me to turn off the spellchecker and it's been fine since ....I suspect the spellcheck was put there by a car guy  to try and keep the bike guys out .....WTF is a homonym anyway? :?

So deadbolt, were you able to get it shut off and post fine now?

If see if I can dulpicate the problem. TO do this I will need to disable your account for a few minutes to sort out the problem.
