Richard Spencer passed away today at his home in Garland Utah. He was a avid Bonneville racer and past president of the USFRA. He will be missed by friends and family. Services will be conducted by Rogers Mortuary in Tremonton Utah.

  Gary, I am so sorry to hear of the loss for you and your family.  We are building quite a team in Heaven, I am just sorry it was Richard's turn.

Gary, we are all so sorry to hear of your dad's passing. If you need anything, please do not hesitate to let me know. My dad, J.R. and I send our condolences to the entire Spencer family. Godspeed, Dick. You will be missed and were truly a great man.

I'm so sorry Gary. Your dad was class. I am very happy JR got to meet him and received the great hat. He wears it all the time and never hesitates to let everyone know where and when he got it. If there is anything you need or just talk, let me know. Your dad will be missed and my thoughts are with you. Jim
