roll cage rules for 2011

While reading another post in the forum a statement was made that ECTA changed the rule for cages to 1.75 tubing for 2011. I have not received my rule book for 2011 yet and would like some clarification on this. The cage in my car is 1.625 x .120 mild steel as in the 2010 rule book.

While I am not an ECTA racer I doubt that such a radical change would be put into place without ample warning from Joe and Keith.

A rollbar is to be 1 3/4x.120, the cage requirement is 1 5/8 x .120 wall. Any questions, call the shop at 302.378.3013.
