April 2011 Volunteers
« on: February 23, 2011, 07:25:45 PM »
Any volunteers for April - please PM me or send an Email to stokes_dan@yahoo.com.  Several of you have already checked in and I have your Emails so you don't have to send again.

The volunteer rolls are filling quickly so please let me know ASAP and I'll make the schedule when I get home - sometime around March 17th.

THANKS

Dan, Nancy and I intend to be there.  I know you asked for a PM or email -- but this way is/was at hand.

I 'spect that I'll be able to inspect bikes, as usual, and Nancy will help out with checking safety garb and can relieve What's-her-name at the gate or whomever is running the timing slip machine, or maybe something else that needs coverage.  We usually arrive Thursday night.  With the new rules from Gryphon -- what time are we to be at the track on Friday?

I haven't heard any info on track times.  Maybe Keith or Joe will chime in.

Thans for coming.  I'll schedule y'all.  The schedule should be done in a couple of weeks - that is, once I get home from FL.
