Roger Jordan
« on: February 14, 2011, 12:22:03 PM »
Long time crewmember 511 , 811 and 911 roadsters passed 2-13 11. Roger passed from complications during heart surgery steming from a staff infection. Roger lived in Lufkin Texas but grew up and went to school up here in Orland Ca. with Dave and Shirlee Davidson. Roger was a super great guy and a vision of health only a year ago. He will leave an empty spot on our crew that cannot be filled.
Gods speed to Roger and the Jordan family.

Whether I knew Roger or not -- may he rest in peace.  It's always a sad day when I hear of the death of a racer, but at least I gain a good boost in my own outlook -- I can be happy that I'm still alive and able to enjoy life and racing.  Thanks for everything, Roger.
