Missing tools from WF 2010
« on: January 26, 2011, 10:34:00 AM »
Murph is a feller that discovered Bonneville (so to speak) last year at World of Speed - and then hung around for the Shootout and finally World Finals.

While at Finals he lent a "tool roll" to someone -- whim he does not remember -- and now, a few months later, despairs of finding it in his personal stuff.  He's the guy that's spending months riding around the country on his BMW GS bike with aluminum panniers (side bags).  I mention that so maybe you'll better remember him.  Anyway - if you've got the roll of tools, or remember seeing them, or if you found them on the salt and have been wondering whose they are, please contact him to arrange to return them.  He does want them back and hopes that this post will help locate them for him.  Either post here and I'll relay to him - or try him at http://www.facebook.com/home.php#!/WhereTheHellisMurph.  Also:  WheresMurph@gmail.com

Thanks.  Hey, while you're at it, check out his blog (wherethe...)

Here's a note that Murph just sent:

"The tool roll is a dark gray with a Snap On ratchet inside it.
I`m buzzing `round today getting ready to leave out tomorrow for another year on the road..."
