It looks like Southern Calif, Nevada and Utah are getting a major storm and still have 3 more days of rain. Here in Southern Utah we are being pounded. The Virgin river just north of us is near the flood level. Most of the problems should be south west of us down to the Arizona strip.
Up by the Vesco's the river is near flood levels and well as below them and down stream. Six years ago they had a major flood here and since then the have made major changes to the river bed to try to prevent a repeat in that area.
Lake Mirage can use the water to help cure the surface. The main thing is that it doesn't dry to fast like last year as this causes a potato chip crust and tears up pretty easy. Hope every one is safe and we wish all of you in our LSR world a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
