Help a fallen marine and maybe win a Harley!!
« on: December 09, 2010, 11:22:24 AM »
Hey fellow LSR racers,

A local marine here (Gabriel Martinez) in Denver lost both his lesg due to an IED on Thanksgiving day. I have organized a raffle where the grand prize is an awesome Harley Davidson motorcycle plus some other great prizes as well are to be given away. Tickets cost $50 each and only 170 tickets will be sold.  To get the full details of the raffle and more of Gabes' story please go here:

Thanks for anyhting you can do to help this fallen hero!!!

Thank you for doing something to help a fallen marine. I will get my ticket. All you people should think how often you spend $50 in a bar or on other fun things. To be able to help someone who was serving our country $50 does not seem like much.

Just an update on the rafle.  To date we have sold 142 entries.  Only 28 more to go!   Looks like if we sell all the entries gabriel will be getting almost $8,000!!  Not bad for a bunch of hooligan bikers and land speed racers!!! :-D

If you have not already bought an entry please hurry!  Best to just call me at 303-702-1600 with a credit card.

With sufficient thrust, pigs fly just fine. However, this is not necessarily a good idea. It is hard to be sure where they are going to land, and it could be dangerous sitting under them as they fly overhead. -- RFC 1925

You can't make a race horse out of a pig. But if you work hard enough at it you can make a mighty fast pig. - Bob Akin
