I am looking at everything on the bike ... I am missing 20 mph and it has to be hidden somewhere ... I have until April to find it ...
Charles --- isnt it about time for you to build another car?

Looks like April will be the last outing for my B motor. Made a deal with the devil and picked up a 540BBC that will be attached to a small (106mm) turbo. I still want to hit 200 with the LT1 before I sell it - and I have no $$ - so I'll run it in April then probably be out the rest of the season shoehorning the big block into the 96 fbird.

Shoehorning= cutting out the inner fenders, alot of the firewall, the cowl, etc etc... :)

Started a build post on the Datsun 280Z we are slowly working on.  Still going to run the Karmann Ghia at Maxton and may be able to take both cars out to the salt this coming year.  Fingers crossed.

Just put a deposit down for a Airtech S&S LSR fairing for the 996.  Could take some serious modifications but that is all part of the fun, right! I have a corvette/plastic specialist waiting to get a shot at the it! :-o

RChop- Good concept, have fun adapting the fairing to your bike and then to you also.

MiltonP- Will you at least paint the LSR Fairing red and white and use some Ducati decals so we remember what it is?  Wait, all you have to do is start the engine and we will know.

Eric-  Ninja 250 looks supiciously like a very fast cafe racer.  Can't wait to see it painted.

Meanwhile I need to modify my Nitrous bottle holder to be able to fit a bottle heater wrap directly against the bottle yet still fit under the tail section.  In October I could not get the bottle to warm up enough to get to my pressure goal.  That's safer but not as powerful.  My first idea is to cut out some of the sheet metal in the middle to give room for the wrap there.
I may also go to a velocity stack for 2011.  Not much else planned for the Honda 250.

My next door neighbor Andy Hellmandollar and I started on his 95 GMC A/BMP.  We are planning on starting with BBC 461 in front of AT400/205 TC with 2.28s in the axles.

Hey Sparky, how many projects have you got going? Seems to me there was a lakester, a bike, now a truck and as I remember there's also a streamliner somewhere in the mix. Some people are having way too much fun! :-D :-D :-D
