I am building and old brit bike for a pushrod class. It will have 18 or 19 wheels. Speeds will be less than 150 maybe...What type of tires are the non 17" crowd running, and where are we getting them? thanks, hans

I ran 19 front and 19 rear on my Bianchi. I used Avons, only thing I could get H rated, wern't cheep they were about $150 each. I can get 'em if ya need 'em. lots of cheeper tire options in H rated for 18" rims

I'm running 18" with Dunlops. They go all the way to Z rated if you go faster than you expect. Remember to check the records for your displacement; it's not what you think it will do, it's what tech thinks it should do.....
