What can I tow in California?

Seem like this question comes up quite often and no one really knows the correct answer. I did some research and found this link that everyone who lives and tows in California should read. It will clarify what can be done legally and what Drivers License or endorsement is needed. I found it very informative and hope you do too. So to find out I have a poll to see what you think.

This is Californias version of the COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY ACT OF 1986

In speaking with some of the DMV hanchos, it was aimed primarily at the Toterhomes and stacker trailer combinations.

 Interesting reading,but if Cali was actually enforcing this,half the rigs would be off the road! :-D
