Tiny and folks,
We will need to leave from the Pacific Northwest by next Wednesday to make the weekend meet. Looking at the posts it appears there is still a chance the meet will be canceled. Which way does the course run? East to West? North to South? Can anyone with good info on the meet status post it here byTuesday? Thanks all, hope to see you down there.

Dave,

We run at the far West end to the East. The Starting line is about 1/4 - 3/8 of a mile east of the western fence line. Hope that makes sense to you.

yeah, the water table is a 1/4 inch below the surface, usually soft and easy to rut. I sure hope they can get the meet in. May 2011 is a few months off.

Maybe they should hold an SCTA board meeting on the lakebed.  That should generate a lot of hot wind. : - )
Get off the stove Grandad.  You're too old to be riding the range.
