Forum picture troubles

I'm trying to get a new photo into the avatar (the description and stuff on the left side of each post).  For whatever reason - the Forum profile changer won't take the photo.  Anybody else having this problem.I'll see that it gets fixed - just thought I'd ask about the rest of you.

Just changed from a pic on photobucket to and uploaded pic....wait

Came out fine ???

Hey, thanks, Mike.  I got it to work a little while ago -- but now the photo is too small to show up much.  I think the reason it didn't work is that when I finished making the changes I clicked "Change Profile" at the bottom of the page, thinking it would do the same as "apply".  Evidently that's not the case.

Whatever - I think it's okay now.  I'll futz with it more tomorrow.
