I won't make it again until May, I hope to have the new bike ready for track testing by then. You all have a good winter and I will see you in the spring

I didn't say you were ON the high-speed Triumph - just that you had one.  I suppose next year you'll have the goal of matching or exceeding Debbie's speed.  I had the same deal getting my own record back from Jon in the Buzz Bomb so I can relate.

BTW - Deb said she LOVED riding your bike and would really enjoy it for a street cruiser.

Hope we see you on Saturday.  We have some fresh blood - er - new volunteers so we're covered either way.  Poor Joe will have some trainees but I aim to get him lots of photo time.

p.s. I don't recommend driving 1100 miles in a car that runs 8's in the quarter. It tends to get a little tiring.

Drive 10 hours, work like a rented mule, drive 10 hours back home, sleep maybe 3 or 4 hours and back to work at the lumber company where I work to work like a rented mule again. I thought racing was a lot easier than that.

Looks like we will make it.  The ZX-8 and ZX-10 have survived all the runs at the throttle Nation Shootout.  Fingers crossed for cool, clear weather and get that forecast big head wind out of there.
