WildBro,

John holds both Turbo and Nitrous records on the 1 mile track.  He earned his ECTA 200mph Club Green Hat when he was owner of the "Tiger" a few years ago.

Ya....So....  What's your point Guy??

Bill

Do well at Texas.  Go fast and make us proud as usual.  You are one of the most traveled LSR racers I know and your passion for our sport keeps me excited as well.

Good Luck,

Guy

Jeez, that's over fast! Good job, John. Where was the finish line - sure did not see one. Good video too.
Don

Don,

The finish line was at the 35 second mark of the video..look for our Easy-ups on the left hand side, this pavement racing is much easier than Elmo or Bonneville, please come out next year if they have another event.. cheers  Mike Borders does it right and no salt or dirt to deal with..and guess what?  TRACTION ! ! !

John, what a handful of bike to hold on to!  I can't wait to see you and everyone else come back next year to bump up your "personal bests."

We are DEFINITELY going to run twice next year, and we are trying to get a date of April 10, 2011 for the spring event, with the fall event coming in October.  As soon as we get confirmation from Mojave Airport, we will let everyone know.

I was at Texas Mile on Sunday, and saw a lot of things they did that we can apply from drawing on their 7 years of experience to the MM to make it better.  First on that list, especially after seeing your video, is improvement of the finish line markers.  Keep checking in to our website in the offseason for updates.

John, did you get your speed cert?

Mike,
I wish you introduced yourself to me on Sunday, would have loved to gab with you.
Did you get to see my 278mph run?

Bill, it would have been my pleasure to talk to you.  We arrived very late on Sunday, around 3 PM, and didn't have too much time to mingle.  I visited with the Ford GT guys and a few bikes who were still around then.

I look forward to seeing you next April at the MM, where you and John can square off for bragging rights!  Grats on 278 -- that is almost unfathomable speed and 58 mph faster than I have been in my road race car!

To everyone who was at the Mojave Mile events this year, and would like to have in-car/on-bike video featured on our website, contact me privately, as we are revamping the site for 2011.
