I dont know about any others, but at work my firewall would not allow me to listen. So I unplugged my work computer from the work network connection, booted up my Android, set up the tethering service and connected my computer through that and I got the audio feed. However, I want to get it on my Android so I can plug a set of headphones in and listen during the day without compromising work data and productivity, the Andriod does not support the codecs used by the provider. When I left work, I plugged my laptop in to my inverter, connected wireless service on my Android phone, then I setup my FM transmitter to play feed through my radio in truck, worked really well but I connected in a time when the wind storm came through. So I emailed the tech support and they really have good service. They emailed back in a couple hours and gave me some suggestions on a workaround for the Android operating system.
I will let you know how it works tomorrow connecting through another service which can feed the Android phones.
Should work just fine for those with Iphones that have windows media player support.
Good job Jon W for the service.

Thanks for helping Kurt (I didn't know he had called you).
He broadcasted his phone number & I happened to have a pen in my hand at the time so I figured I'd call! He called me back to double check progress! Happy to help in any small way I can! This is a fun experiment especially when I'm way over here on the East Coast!

Howdy, boys and girls. The parade of cars and bikes (for return runs) has just now (8.15) arrived at the line. They'll run in a little while, I guess.
I didn't get this run log 'til breakfast this morning, but here 'tis:

In other news, we'll see if Kurt has come up with some better method of getting audio from the local system and into the internet. I've got ideas - but he took the equipment with him, I think, and I haven't seen him yet this morning.
We'll be around here but not on the air for a little while -- gotta do some crew work for Erin Hunter.
PS BOTH courses will be open and in use today. We got quite a bit of rain in Wendover last night, but the track looks like none fell here -- it's better than ever.
Salt Cat Racing is making his return run now -- so we're back to racing. Welcome to Thursday of World Finals 2010.

We are running. They have both courses active. First record return was the Salt Cat. It's hard to tell thru the radio chatter, but I think that car broke something and may have scattered some parts on the course. More on that later. I just got connected and I'm gonna unload the photos from the camera and post a couple.

Ray, you've got the controls for a little while, okay? We're taking a bike down to get it in line, and Kurt's fiddling with the audio streaming equipment. We'll either have the audio working again today -- or not. I'll be back soon.

Ok. I'll take care of things. Here are a coupla photos of the Salt Cat and Barnyard Bearcat.
The Hudson Boys Geo Metro #993 just seems to have grenaded something. The stewards swept the course and things seem to be clear.
The Model T motored liner just ran, no word on speed.
I'm gonna go shoot some photos.

Did anyone get a video of Danny's crash, did he spin, then his rear spoiler lifted his car up in the air? ? or ??
