Yup! Just got the call from audio support that we're online!  cheers
Confirmed it as well!

My volume is a tad low but still good!

I'm in a quiet office with the sound all the way up and can barely hear it.

10:55 pacific time. It sounded like someone picked up a mike and it is much better.

Well, it used to be Los Angeles . . . 50 miles north of Fresno now.
Just remember . . . It isn't life or death.

SSS or RTR
If you could tell the audio guys the notebook's internal mike is still the one broadcasting it might help them.

Ok, I just spoke to Audio tech. They pumped up the volume & yes it's still on netbook mike for now. He's in search of one more audio part to hook it up right so for now this is what we get! Good enough for me!  smiley

If you have any additional feedback audio tech is going to check in on this thread in a while.

Just an idea
Is it possible to place the notebook in a better place for the internal mike to pick it up the announcer better?
When someone speaks close to it in comes in clear as day.

Just informed audio tech of the loss of signal. They're going to relocate the netbook to Slim's trailer and sit it next to the FM radio. So in a little while we should get the radio broadcast via internet and also get the live sound of the big guns flying through the middle mile past the pits. Bring on the fuel roadsters!  grin

Post when you have audio so we can all jump back on!  cheers
