New here, but had a question since my rule book is in the mail and I would like to get my project moving. I have a 1961 BSA Goldstar that I will be running next year, and it needs a new exhaust that I was going to have a copy of the original made up (from a beat-up original). My question is whether it would be ok to paint the exhaust black rather than having it chromed, as it was originally. All the outer dimensions would be exactly the same as stock. Thanks for replies,
