Verify production numbers for AMA

Can anyone enlighten me on what documents I need from a manufacturer to verify the 500+ production units for a BUB/AMA run? I have a contact with the importer, but I'm not sure what to get from them.

bring a service manual that shows applicable SN... It does not need to be produced for US consumption... just 500 units.
