Rain on the lakebed?
« on: July 15, 2010, 09:24:12 PM »
Just looking at the news and it is showing thunderstorms passing over El Mirage.  Wonder if the lakebed got much rain?
Get off the stove Grandad.  You're too old to be riding the range.

Maybe we will go back in to the fuel class if we had standing water..can you say 255+ mph...  Otherwise we have to figure out how to better the 242 in the gas class.  If we get a few inches of water and nobody messes up the mud we have a chance to increase it maybe 3 mph.. :-Dthat would be awesome...please rain more.. :-P

I heard there was standing water on the lakebed. Can anyone confirm that? If so are we on a wait and see how it drys for the September meet?
